HOME GENERATORS

A Home Generator unit consists of two major components, an (ATS) Automatic Transfer Switch and the home generator.  When power is lost, your family is under power within a few moments as the ATS and the home

generator take charge.

The generator system and automatic transfer switch are professionally installed to your home’s existing wiring. Once a utility power outage occurs for any reason, the generator system senses the power outage and will be consistantly on the ready.  The generator automatically starts within moments and the automatic transfer switch transfers your home’s selected electrical circuits to backup power, so you can once again enjoy your home.

Once the home generator system senses your home is back online and with utility power, the generator will automatically shut down until the next time an outage occurs.

IN-HOME CONSULTATION

To start the installation of the full home generator process, an on-site visit will be conducted to determine your home’s specific installation needs and what local permits are required before starting. We will determine generator size, installation & permit requirements.

We will check your electrical meter, gas lines and circuit breaker panel location to help secure the best placement option for your generator unit and determine the wiring specifications your home will need.

Finally, we will also discuss fuel options. Natural gas or liquid propane is available and will be determined as to what works best for your generator system.
